Suttons Bay Congregational Church

Since 2003 our Church has participated in a program called Meijer Community Rewards SM. From October of 2003 to March 2005, by the simple act of swiping their Meijer Guest Card at the check out, 31 active Meijer Community Rewards supporters have contributed $1,418 to the Church. That averages over $80 per month. Imagine what we could do if more Church members and friends became active Community Reward participants! All community reward funds will go to the Church's general fund. The Board of Trustees will direct the funds to increase support for various Church programs such as Music, Christian Education and Missions.

Here's how you can participate. Whether you shop at Meijer regularly or occasionally you can join Meijer Community Rewards. It's free and can be done online at Meijer.com/rewards or by mailing an application to Meijer application processing (application forms are available at church). If you already have a Meijer Credit Card, just call 1-800-962-7011 to have them add Meijer Community Rewards to your Meijer Credit Card account.

Simply use your Meijer Guest Card or Meijer Credit Card whenever you shop at Meijer. There is never a cost to you for using a Meijer Guest Card. Just have it swiped anytime you buy food, clothing, toys, housewares, jewelry, hardware, garden and more. Our Church will automatically receive a percentage of your purchase totals.

A Meijer Guest Card is NOT a credit card. It is simply an I.D. card that allows Meijer to recognize your association with our Church in order to provide the Church with a percentage of your purchase totals at no cost or obligation to you. It is Meijer's way of returning something back to the local community. The sooner you join, the sooner we'll begin receiving rewards! If you apply online be careful not to check any boxes that indicate you are applying for a credit card: only apply for the Meijer Guest Card unless you want a Meijer credit card.
